Oven Beef Burgundy
3 pounds beef cubes, trimmed
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 cup burgundy (or dry red wine)
(can substitute water for wine if desired)
Put into casserole, mix well, cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
Serve over noodles or rice.
