| 2 lb ground chuck
1/2 cup grated onion 1 tsp. garlic minced 1 1/2 pint sour cream 8 oz small shells 1/2 lb provolone cheese 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese 4 oz can mushrooms 1 can tomatoes 14 oz jar spaghetti sauce |
Brown beef, add onion, garlic, mushrooms, spaghetti sauce and tomatoes. Cook macaroni and drain. Then layer, macaroni, meat sauce, sour cream, cheeses, repeat 2 times, cover and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and bake 10 minutes more.
