| 1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar 1 egg (large) 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup milk 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen 2 cups flour Topping: 1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup flour |
In a large bowl Cream butter and sugar, Add egg and mix
well Sift flour, baking powder, and salt, Add this and milk to creamed
mixture. Do NOT use a mixer
Mix just until ingredients are dampened, Add blueberries and pour into a 9 inch, greased pan. Topping: Combine butter, sugar, & flour until crumbly. Place evenly on mixture in pan. Bake in preheated 350f oven -- 40 - 45 minutes. When making in a 9x13 pan, double all ingredients except blueberries. |
