Muffin  Cheesecake
2 - 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tbs. lemon juice
Pie Filling, 1 can		 Mix 1st 4  ingredients. Fill 18 muffin cups (greased)  Bake 15 minutes at
375 degrees.  Spoon pie filling on them.

*You can also add vanilla  wafers 
to the bottom of the muffin cups 
before baking
