Chicken Broccoli Casserole
1 lg. can cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
6 cups cooked, cubed chicken
1 box (small) broccoli
1 1/2 cups grated American cheese
1/2 stick margarine melted
3 cups crushed corn flakes
2 tsp. parsley flakes
Combine soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry powder.  Add chicken and broccoli
to this and mix well.  Spread on large greased pan.  Sprinkle cheese over top.  Combine margarine, corn flakes, and parsley, spoon on top of casserole.  Bake
at 350 degrees for 1 1/3 hours until broccoli is  tender.  Serve over rice.
