Cinnamon Nuts
    2 cups sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tbsp cinnamon
    2/3 cup water
Combine ingredients and bring this mixture to a boil.  Let simmer 5 minutes
Add 2 lbs nuts (I use walnuts or almonds) and 2 tbsp vanilla
Mix until nuts are well coated
Let dry on cookie sheets 
lined with wax paper.
