Fresh Apple Cake
1  1/2 c oil
2 c sugar
3 c flour
1 c coconut
3 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp vanilla
1 c chopped nuts
3 c diced apples		 Mix all ingredients in one bowl.
Pour into a greased and floured
tube pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours

Icing:
1 stick oleo
1/4 c milk
1 c brown sugar
Boil 2 1/2 minutes.  Pour over hot 
cake and leave in pan to cool.
9 x 13 can be used:  cake will be thick
