| 1 box (2 layers) yellow or lemon pudding included cake
mix
3/4 cup oil 4 eggs 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges 1 can (13-1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple 1 pkg. (4 servings) instant vanilla pudding mix 1 carton (12 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour three (8 inch) cake pans. Mix cake mix with oil. Add eggs. Beat well. Blend in undrained oranges. Using electric mixer at medium speed, beat 2 minutes. Bake in preheated oven 20 to 25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Mix pineapple (with fluid) and pudding. Fold in topping. Spread over layers and side of cake. Refrigerate. Note: Cake can be baked in a 13 by 9 inch greased and floured baking pan in preheated 350 degree oven 28 to 36 minutes. |
