Ho-Ho Cake

1 box chocolate cake mix
 Mix as directed on box and bake on greased & floured cookie sheet, 15-20 mins.  Cool completely

Filling
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup sugar
1 cup shortening
1 cup milk
         Whip until creamy & spread on cooled cake.  Chill

Soften 1 can chocolate frosting in microwave, open slightly to vent, 20 sec.  Spread on chilled pudding and refrigerate.
