Potato Beef Casserole
1 lb ground beef
1 cup minced onion
3/4 cup steak sauce
1 1/2 lb. potatoes,
(peeled, boiled, drained)
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup milk
Cook and stir ground beef and onions in large skillet for 4 to 5 minutes or
until beef is no longer pink.  drain.  Add steak sauce heat to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer
for 5 to 7 minutes.  Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Mash potatoes with spread and milk until smooth.  Spread mashed potato mixture
evenly over beef mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until heated  through.
makes 4 servings.
